Tim, Ken Brice and I went to see our friends SAWYER BROWN Saturday, August 21 2010 at the Frederick County, Maryland Fair Grounds to benefit Cancer Research. Mark and the boys are better than ever. Didn't miss a lick. These guys (after 29 years together) are pros who know how to entertain. An hour show was scheduled and they performed for an hour and a half plus encore! GREAT SHOW! Brent

A young father to be named Brent J. Woodall(no direct relation) perished in Tower 2 at the World Trade Center. Since that time his Mom and sister have become my friends. It breaks my heart to see this Mosque issue in Manhattan when the Greek Orthodox Church, St. Nicholas, cannot get clearance to rebuild NINE YEARS LATER!
Please do all you can to stop this stupidity. It was a local issue but Obama has made it personal and national.. I usually don't get political here but this is bulls--t! Stand up AMERICA. Stop the insanity for a change. Run those idiots out of office in November. Visit the Brent Woodall Foundation

We are headed into the studio to work with our friend Khalil Gueye AND FRIENDS, from West Africa. This is a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT SOUND FOR US AND THE EXCITEMENT AMONG THE PLAYERS IS VERY POWERFUL. Soon we will spell out the project, a new production team and new studio and definetly new music!
The Infamous STEVE MELTON will produce the project. I guess "Sgt Meltdown" likes hearding cats!

The real highlight of the Bayou reunion for me was when PAUL REED SMITH came up on stage and stated "Without TIM TANNER there would be no PRS guitars!"
