Brent Woodall: Music

I Don't Love You Like I Used To (live)

(Brent Woodall & NTB)
August 29, 2010
Joe Barnhill, Suzi-Bob Music, Barnhill Music Publishing
My producer Joe Bob Barnhill, gave me this song on a demo CD with WHo Cares and several other cuts to consider for the "Out With The Old" project. I chose Who Cares, (glad I did, because it hit the #1 position on the INDEPENDENT COUNTRY MUSIC CHARTS and got airplay nationwide in 2002- 2003.
I went back to the disc when looking for new material to perform for the "LIVE DON'T LIE" CD and this just screamed out to me.
This version was the first time we ever performed it live and was at the Valley of the Stars radio show at Strasburg, VA Theater.

I love Joe Barnhill's writing and hope you enjoy this simple, beautiful concept.

But nothing ever stays the same
I can't help the way I'm feeling,
and you're the one to bleme
Darling I still care about you, justnot the way I did before
Idon't love you like I used to...
